Any person who is 18 years old or older can become a Member if they are involved with and/or have interest in the field of aesthetic dentistry. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and also fulfill the following criteria according to the type of membership that wishes to apply for:

There are four types of membership: a) Active, b) Associate, c) Student and d) Honorary.

a) Greek or foreign dentists or technicians can become Active Members of the Union if they have served for 3 consecutive years as Associate Members of the Union and have attended at least 3 annual conferences of the academy during a five year period.  To become an active member of the Union it is required for the candidate to present “before and after” photographs of 3 cases relevant to aesthetic dentistry or to submit a certificate of postgraduate studies in a field of dentistry relevant to aesthetic dentistry or documentation of a published research or of an oral presentation. It is also required of the candidate to conduct an oral presentation of his clinical or laboratory work.

b) Greek or foreign dentists or technicians who are involved as amateurs or as professionals in the field of aesthetic dentistry can join as Associate Members with a written proposal from at least one Active or Associate Member.

c) Greek or foreign students of a school of dentistry or dental technology can join as Student Member with the submission of a certificate of studies from the school of dentistry during that current calendar year.

d) Greek or foreign distinguished dentists or technicians of high reputation or other persons having offered major contribution with their work to the achievement of the Intentions of the Hellenic Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry can make the Honorary Members, after the decision of the General Assembly.
